i. In compliance with Wisconsin Stats.19.85 (1) (b and c), the committee will recess into closed session upon a roll call vote to deliberate over and vote by written ballot on the following motion: to promote Aubree Freeman to Senior Lecturer Level 1.
ii. The committee will move out of closed session
