b. In compliance with Wisconsin Stats.19.85 (1) (b and c), the committee will recess into closed session upon a roll call vote to deliberate on the following: i. 5th year formative review of Dr. Deepak Basyal
c. Committee will move out of closed session on a roll call vote.
