a. Review established procedures for conducting meeting.
b. In compliance with Wisconsin Stats.19.85 (1) (b and c), the committee will recess into closed session upon a roll call vote to deliberate over and vote by written ballot on the following:
i. Retention of Dr. Phillip Owens for a 5th year.
c. Committee will move out of closed session on a roll call vote.
