Languages tables: Informal conversation opportunities in other languages

Many of UWM’s language programs offer regular opportunities for students, staff, and members of the community to have informal conversations in languages other than English, outside of a classroom setting. All language levels are welcome.

Here is what is available:

— German: Stammtisch
Tuesdays, 6-8 p.m., The Gasthaus in the UWM Student Union

— Hebrew: Hebrew Table
Every other Wednesday starting Nov. 2, 3-4 p.m., Hillel Milwaukee, 3053 N. Stowell Ave.

— Irish Gaelic: Gaeilge Table
Fridays, 2-4 p.m., The Gasthaus in the UWM Student Union

— Italian: Il Circolo
Every other Tuesday starting Oct. 25, 11 a.m.-noon, Curtin 766

— Japanese: Japanese Conversation Table
