More than 3,200 students received degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee on Sunday at the UWM Panther Arena.
Family, friends and other supporters filled the arena, cheering and offering hugs and well-wishes.
Clayborn Benson, UWM alumnus and renowned Wisconsin historian, gave the commencement address at both ceremonies. Benson also received an honorary degree at the morning ceremony.
