University Housing Mailrooms must process and log all packages received. With nearly 4000 residents, we process hundreds of packages a day. Processing time may vary depending upon volume and staffing. Certain times of the year (Move-in, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc.) can see delayed processing time due to significant increases in volume. University Housing Mailrooms send students a notification to their UWM email address once a received package has been processed and is ready for pick up.
