Mechanic Mileage Reporting

Guidelines:

Mileage will be paid from the mechanic’s permanent address to University Housing property.
Mileage between buildings will not be paid because a University Housing vehicle is available to use.
Mechanics must submit mileage to supervisor within 14 days of being called in.
It is the responsibility of the mechanic to approve their expense report within 90 days of travel to ensure payment.
