This discussion will focus on recent global initiatives through the Helen Bader Institute (HBI) for Nonprofit Management and Leadership at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM) and their commitment to creating new knowledge about nonprofit organizational leaders’ role in eradicating poverty, developing evidence-based interventions to address institutional inequities, and furthering international scholars’ knowledge about the practices of nonprofit leadership.
