Sugar Bush

3/18 – UPDATE – We will be having one last boil on Thursday, March 20th. Join us starting at 8:30am at the EQI fire circle.

3/10 – UPDATE – Boiling will start at the EQI Fire Circle on Wednesday, March 12th.

Join us starting Monday, March 3rd for Sugar Bush. Tapping will start on Monday at the UWM field station Cedarburg Bog and Wednesday tapping will happening on the UWM Main Campus around 11:30am. The boil will begin in a week or two once enough sap is collected.

Please check this event page and social media frequently for event happenings like tree tapping, sap collecting, and boiling at the EQI fire circle. Events will be happening from Monday until the process is complete. Please reach out to the EQI email with questions.
