Community Feast: Honoring the Legacy of Indigenous Student Leadership

Join us for a warm and welcoming Community Feast as we honor the legacy of Indigenous student leadership at UWM. We’re proud to host alumni Mike Conners and Diane Amour, whose foundational work helped shape the American Indian Student Association. They will share stories and history of the organization’s development, fostering connection and reflection across generations. All are welcome to gather, listen, and share in this celebration of community and resilience. We’ll be sharing corn soup using Oneida white corn and vegan three sisters soup using corn, beans, and squash.
