K-12 Students
The College’s influence extends well beyond our campus. We are active members of our community and support the development of engineering and computer science interests in Wisconsin’s secondary schools.
Girls Who Code Club
For students in grades 5-12. To encourage interest by girls in computing and all of the opportunities it provides, UWM’s College of Engineering & Applied Science hosts a Girls Who Code Club during the academic year. The program is led by computer science faculty and female instructors are UWM computer science students. Kids Coding Club, a gender-neutral club, is also available.
