Dear Graduating Student,
This Graduate Program Exit Survey has two sections with somewhat different purposes.
The first section, titled “Contact Information and Future Plans” seeks information about how to contact you in the future. It also asks where you will be working or studying in the future. We want the contact information so that we can stay in touch with you. The work or study information will help us understand the career directions of our graduates.
The second section, titled “Graduate Program Feedback” asks you to tell us why you chose to pursue your degree, whether you believe that completing your degree has met your goals, and asks for any additional thoughts you have about strengths and weaknesses of the College of Engineering & Applied Science graduate programs.
What you write in the second part of the survey will have no effect on your graduation and will not be seen or reviewed by any College of Engineering & Applied Science faculty until your graduation is approved. It will be used only to understand what our graduates want from our programs and the extent to which our college successfully meets those goals.
Regards,
Brett Peters
Dean of the College of Engineering & Applied Science
