Dr. Ashwin Kumar Narasimhan is a researcher, entrepreneur, and educator passionate about advancing cancer healthcare through innovation. With expertise in nanotechnology, microfluidics, and biomedical engineering, his work focuses on developing liquid biopsy–based technologies for early disease screening and detection of cancer, translating them into real-world applications. He founded Acrofluidic Innovations, a startup dedicated to affordable cancer diagnostic solutions.

With over six years of teaching experience at renowned institutions such as Toronto Metropolitan University in Canada and SRM University in India, he now serves as a Visiting Assistant Professor at UW-Milwaukee, inspiring biomedical engineering students to bridge theory with impactful, practical applications.
