Juárez is the art department chair at Sheboygan North High School, publisher of Artdose Magazine, and editor-in-chief of SchoolArts magazine. He brings over two decades of art education and arts management experience organizing local and regional art exhibitions, community art events, and supporting artists through grant programs and leading professional development workshops for artists.

Lisa Tubach's practice is dedicated to documenting the oceans, coral reefs, sharks, and other species. Her creative research has taken her to the Caribbean, the Pacific, and the Mediterranean. Tubach’s paintings have been exhibited in over 70 exhibitions throughout the world.
The MKE Percussion Festival brings together percussionists of all ages for a weekend of educational and performance opportunities. Attendees will be able to learn from guest artists about a variety of topics, instruments, techniques, and musical styles related to percussion in addition to listening to, and participating in, performances and workshops. All events are designed to be accessible and inclusive to empower and inspire all participants on their percussive journey.
Steel pan ensembles and individual performers from around Wisconsin and Illinois will come together to form the 2025 MKE Mass Steel Band, hosted by the UWM Steel PANthers Steel Band. Involving over fifty performers, the event will fill the stage with steel pans and feature a lively combination of traditional music and pop transcriptions.
Ciurej and Lochman collaborate on photographic projects that address history, myth and popular culture as they shape our understanding of who we are. They write: “collaboration opens the possibility of moving beyond personal stories and into the realm of collective experience. It has been the core of our practice and mirrors the fluid and mutable ways of storytelling traditions.”

Tanner MacArthur is a painter and mixed-media artist exploring connections between urban disorder, collage, and traditional modes of abstraction. Howard Leu is an interdisciplinary artist. His current work explores his recollection of growing up as a child of Taiwanese immigrants in the United States.
Springdances 2025 presents an evening of premieres from guest artist choreographer and original faculty works.
This exciting night of music will feature music from Guatemala and Trinidad and Tobago performed by UWM students and Milwaukee community members. The UWM Steel PANthers Steel Band and the Community World Music Ensemble will join forces on a program highlighting traditional and arranged music played on Guatemalan marimba doble and Trinidadian steel pans.
The UWM Wind Ensemble & Symphony Band will perform on respective halves of this concert. Both the Wind Ensemble and Symphony Band regularly perform repertoire ranging from the Renaissance to the present.

Oksana Kryzhanivska’s interactive art installations, sculptures, and screen-based works have been exhibited in Canada, the USA, Australia, Germany, Italy, China, and numerous online exhibitions. Oksana’s work explores the extension of a human body with technology, investigating our norms of perception.
