Webinar | Black Political Mobilization with Guest Speaker, Maya Neal

Maya Neal is a Milwaukee Organizer and currently works as the Political Manager for Leaders Igniting Transformation, an organization led by young Black and Brown people. Her passions include organizing with other youth of color, researching and strategizing to build power, and centering Black women and femmes in political movements. First advocating for education as a high school senior, Maya has since organized and advocated for reproductive justice, Black liberation, women’s equality, immigrant rights, and student power. She is currently the Chair of the Milwaukee chapter of BYP100 and volunteering with the Milwaukee Freedom Fund.
