Our fun and effective group fitness classes, led by highly trained instructors are geared for participants of all fitness levels. We offer Yoga, Group Cycle, Guts & Butts, Group Strength, HIIT and more, all free for UWM Students and UREC Members.

To ensure your spot in Cycle classes, kindly complete the registration process. For other classes, while registration is not mandatory, we highly recommend it to secure your space. Classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration opens 7 days ahead of each session.

How to Cancel Your Registration

Cancel online:

  • Log into connect.urec.uwm.edu
  • click username in the upper right-hand corner and select “Profile”
  • On the left-hand side, select “Programs”, then click “Registrations”
  • Find the class that you want to drop, click the three dots, then click “Cancel”
  • Click “Yes, Cancel Registration”

Cancel in the App:

If you register and can no longer attend a class, please cancel your registration to allow someone else to take your spot. Cancelation is allowed up to 2-hours prior to class.
