Outdoor Pursuits Customer Service Rep/ Trip Leader

All Outdoor Pursuits student staff work as BOTH a Customer Service Representative and a Trip Leader with the option to be trained as a Bike Mechanic. Customer Service Representatives are paid $11/hr, Trip Leaders $12/hr up to 10hrs per day, and Bike Mechanics $11/hr.

This application is open February 13 – March 13, 2026. In person interviews will be held March 17-20. If hired, this position would start attending weekly staff meetings through the end of the semester. These meetings are to prep for the mandatory Staff Training Trip May 26-30. Starting the week of June 1, all newly hired staff have the opportunity to work part time through the Summer. If not available Summer 2026, new hires will start part time work in Fall 2026. There is a second mandatory Staff Training August 17-21.
