The 2018 Student Research Forum keynote speaker is Dr. Janet L. Smith, Professor of Urban Planning and Policy at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Dr. Janet L. Smith is also the co-director for the Nathalie Voorhees Center for Neighborhood and Community Improvement.
