Apple Users
Jamf Self Service is a UWM-managed application that provides Apple users with a convenient, centralized location to access approved software, resources, and support tools without requiring administrator assistance. Available on managed macOS devices, Self Service allows employees to install authorized applications, run troubleshooting tools, access company resources, and apply updates on demand. Users can locate Self Service by opening Applications from Finder and selecting Self Service, or by searching for “Self Service” using Spotlight Search (Command + Space). By empowering users with self-service access to common IT services, Jamf Self Service helps improve productivity, reduce support requests, and maintain compliance with UWM technology standards.
