
Microsoft Reflect is a wellbeing and engagement tool that is part of the Microsoft 365 suite licensed to students, faculty, and staff at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (UWM). It allows users to check in on their emotions, reflect on their experiences, and build stronger connections within teams or classrooms through guided prompts and mood tracking. Reflect integrates with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications, making it easy for instructors, staff, and group leaders to understand engagement and support wellbeing in a collaborative environment. As part of UWM’s Microsoft 365 environment, Microsoft Reflect is accessible through a web browser and within Teams, providing a secure, university-supported platform for promoting mindfulness, communication, and community from any device with an internet connection.
