What is Microsoft Outlook?
Microsoft Outlook is a productivity and communication application that gives users access to email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. Users have access to the web version via Microsoft 365 and may also use the desktop application installed on UWM-managed computers. Or they may install the application on up to 5 personal computers.

The Outlook desktop client is a Microsoft 365 application that allows users to access email, calendars, contacts, and tasks in one place. It’s available for download and installation on both Apple Mac and Microsoft Windows computers. The desktop client is considered to be more robust and feature-rich than the web version
Outlook Web Client
Outlook on the web is a web-based personal information manager from Microsoft. This web-based version of Microsoft Outlook is included in Microsoft 365.
Users can access from any web browser, whether inside or outside the UWM campus network. It features an email client, calendar, contact manager, and task manager.
