UW-System has licensed Zoom as the exclusive video and web conferencing application for all UW institutions. Zoom is a University of Wisconsin System-wide web conference service used for video, voice, virtual classrooms, online meetings, screen sharing, chat, and webinars. Zoom can be accessed via Canvas, mobile devices, desktop computers, telephones, and classroom systems.

As UWM transitions away from Blackboard Collaborate Ultra to solely use Zoom for synchronous learning, resources for new users can be found in the UWM KnowledgeBase, as well as the UWM Technology site.
