UWM Help Desk: Changes to Call Center Voicemail  

Beginning February 18, 2021, the UWM Help Desk voicemail will be disabled during daily hours of operation. 

During the Help Desk’s normal hours of operation, customers will be placed on hold until a representative becomes available to assist them. Outside of the Help Desk’s normal hours of operations, customers will be able to leave a voicemail. You may also fill out this online form to notify them of any issues you may be experiencing at any time
