There are many shortcuts that can be performed in Teams by using your keyboard. The list below are some of the most common shortcuts for Teams:

Shortcuts for Windows:

  • Open Calls: Ctrl + 5
  • Open Teams: Ctrl + 3
  • Open Chat: Ctrl + 3
  • Accept Video Call: Ctrl + Shift + A
  • Accept Audio Call: Ctrl + Shift + 5
  • Decline Call: Ctrl + Shift + D

Shortcuts for macOS:

  • Open Calls: Command + 5
  • Open Teams: Command + 3
  • Open Chat: Command + 2
  • Accept Video Call: Command + Shift + A
  • Accept Audio Call: Command + Shift + S
  • Decline Call: Command + Shift + D
