Print and Copy Services offers a printer/copier lease program based on individual departments’ needs and copy volumes. Departments are required to go through Print & Copy Services for their copier/printer leasing needs. In return, they will experience cost-savings and convenience — maintenance, service, supplies, and 20# white bond paper are included in the lease cost.

Several factors should be taken into consideration when deciding to lease a printer, copier, or multi-function device (MFD) including anticipated volume, cost, and convenience. Different models are available for different needs such as a stand-alone copier vs. a multi-function device which can be networked and used as a copier, printer, scanner, and fax. In general, leasing a machine from Print & Copy Services will be more cost-effective than operating non-leased equipment.
