UWM to hold first #IAsk week for Sexual Assault Awareness Month

For the first time ever, Student Involvement and the Norris Health Center are co-sponsoring a week of programs April 15-19 in support of April being Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

The week, called “I Ask: Conversations about Sex and Relationships,” includes programs such as bystander intervention trainings, conversations on healthy relationships and using masculinity to be an ally, and a Q&A with university officials on how UWM responds to sexual violence on campus.

Students will have the opportunity to engage in critical conversations with peers and experts, as well as gain important skills to prevent sexual assault. The full calendar of programs can be found at online as well as on the Student Involvement Facebook page.
