The UWM Center for Student Experience and Talent invites on-campus employers and student employee supervisors to participate in Panther GROW training this fall. The training helps supervisors engage student employees in intentional discussions about how their campus jobs contribute to their academic success, skill development, career readiness and personal growth.
During this interactive two-hour training, participants will learn the Panther GROW conversation framework, practice facilitation techniques and explore ways to integrate these conversations into existing practices.
Training Dates & Times
All sessions are in Vogel Hall, Room 110.
- Oct. 26: 9-11 a.m.
- Nov. 10: 9-11 a.m.
- Nov. 23: 11-1 p.m.
- Dec. 10: 9-11 a.m.
