Technology checklist upon returning to campus

Many UWM employees who have been working remotely are planning to return to their offices soon. To ensure a smooth return to work on campus, we suggest that returning employees check that their on-campus technology is ready to use.

Here is a quick reminder of what to review:

  • Be sure you are able to log onto your on-campus computer
  • Install necessary updates
  • Make sure the apps you need are installed and working
  • Check your printer and test printing from your device
  • Check mapped network drives (accessing files on UWM servers)
  • Check your telephony equipment (most telephony is on Microsoft Teams)
