Campus Safety Week will include a special, furry guest this year: Ezmae, the UWM Police Department’s new comfort dog, will be at Spaights Plaza from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, available for cuddles, belly rubs and ear scratches.
Other events during the week include:
- Monday: “Stop the bleed” training from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday in Zelazo 171
- Tuesday: Citizen Academy signup, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Spaights Plaza
- Wednesday: UWM at Waukesha Safety Day, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Thursday: Suicide prevention training, 2:30-4 p.m., NWQ-D 8990; Safe Night Out, 7-9 p.m., Sandburg Hall Commons
- Friday: Safety training signup, 9-11 a.m., Bolton Hall breezeway, 1-3 p.m., Library West Wing
