A new Wi-Fi network is now available at UWM called UWMVisitor. This network is for visitors to UWM — those guests visiting campus who do not have an ePantherID. Students, faculty and staff should continue to use UWMWiFi, logging in with their ePantherID and password.
The networks formerly known as ‘Public’ and ‘UWMSponsored’ will be discontinued at the end of the week and replaced with this single network.
This new option for visitors will allow them to have access to a steady, reliable and secure network. A general password will be required to log in (panthers18); it will be updated each year. The password will always be readily available at uwm.edu/uwmwifi along with set-up instructions.
