TechTraining offers free online courses for UWM students and employees across a variety of technology topics. This March, TechTraining is offering two courses related to Teams calling.
- Teams Calls: Tuesday, March 3, 10-11 a.m.
- In this course, you will learn more about Teams calls, including how to set up devices, answer a call, use in-call features and more. Register for Teams Calls.
- Teams Calls Shared Phone Numbers: Wednesday, March 18, 10-11 a.m.
- This course focuses on managing a phone for a departmental or shared phone number. This includes reviewing the settings for a shared phone number, configuration and setup, etc. Register for Teams Calls Shared Phone Numbers.
