City of Milwaukee winter parking rules went into effect on Dec. 1. Review the City of Milwaukee rules in order to know where available parking is, and sign up for parking text alerts to notify you of when you need to move your car.
Some rules have changed, including an increase in fines for parking illegally. Also, no overnight parking (2-6 a.m.) is allowed on highways and mass transit routes from Dec. 1 to March 1. These streets are not posted.
Parkers in violation of this ordinance will be subject to a $20 parking citation.
