IV. New Business: In compliance with Wisconsin Stats.19.85 (1) (b and c), the committee will recess into closed session upon to deliberate over and vote by written ballot on the following:
a. The recommendation of John Hervert for Emeritus Status.
b. The recommendation of Kevin Lee for Emeritus Status.
V. Committee will move out of closed session.
