UWM students and staff are invited to learn about phishing attacks and how to protect yourself from online threats in the free online Protect Yourself from Phishing Course on Thursday, Oct. 23, from 10-11 a.m. Register for the course.
Topics covered include:
- Phishing (email scams)
- Smishing (text scams)
- Vishing (phone scams)
The course will provide real-world examples and a staff member from UWM’s Information Security Office will be there to answer any cybersecurity questions you may have.
