Show your Panther pride on Admitted Student Day Friday, Feb. 23.
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will be hosting more than 500 admitted students from Milwaukee-area high schools during Friday’s Admitted Student Day. Attendance is expected to be triple that of last year’s event.
The incoming students will spend the day getting a taste of college life. They’ll enjoy a pep rally, games and scholarship giveaways, while experiencing a mock lecture, learning about clubs and cultural centers, and meeting UWM staff and students.
The campus community can contribute by volunteering to greet students, wearing black and gold (or Panther gear), and fostering a warm and welcoming campus atmosphere.
