Feeling stressed? Find extra stress-busting events week of Nov. 7

Feeling stressed? Overwhelmed? You’re not alone. This time of the year can be especially challenging — increased academic workloads, changing seasons, the election news cycle, and the approaching holidays can all affect emotional wellbeing.

During the week of Nov. 7, UWM will offer some stress-busting events, from mindful stargazing to a post-Election Day debrief and destress session. Find more information on the events and campus resources at this webpage.
