Implementation Readiness Team / Advisory Team

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Establish a formal approach that will ensure that all stakeholders are involved in the Hub 2/CTS go-live decision
  • Determine the set of criteria/key factors that will be constantly evaluated throughout the Implementation Phase to ensure adequate preparation for the Hub 2/CTS implementation, transition and confirm the go-live date
  • Work closely with the Implementation & Transition Teams, ISS Project Manager and ISS Leadership to successfully implement the shared services environment​
  • Guide, influence, and advise
  • Provide input and guidance on policy questions and issues
  • Support project communication, implementation and transition efforts
