To be considered for admission to UWM’s information security graduate certificate program, you must:

  • Complete the graduate online application and submit all Graduate School application materials.
  • Submit a one- or two-page statement outlining your background and educational and professional goals.

Learn to assess information security risks and understand technical, organizational and human factors in cybersecurity. The information security curriculum also emphasizes the use of IT tools for threat protection and overseeing comprehensive information security data.
