University Housing highly recommends all residents submit a Room Condition Report when moving into a suite / apartment / room each academic year and, also, if a room change occurs at any point during the year. If a resident chooses not to submit a report when taking occupancy of a suite / apartment / room, any damages that may have occurred prior to their occupancy could be charged to the new occupant at the completion of their contract.
Residents can complete their Room Condition Report within 10 days of moving in through their Housing Portal. After logging in, click on Room Condition Report at the top of the page to submit.
