Housing Contracts
August 7, 2026: All students with completed contracts have been assigned. Please check your email and view your assignment via My Housing Information! Spring 2027 Contracts will start to be released in early November.

May 1, 2026: University Housing is no longer accepting Residence Hall Contracts for the 2026-27 academic year. Students without a submitted contract or exemption have been automatically exempted from the UWM Residency Requirement and may explore other housing options through the Off-Campus Resource Center.

University Housing remains full for Fall 2026, and we have not yet begun offering contracts to students on the residence hall waitlist. If you are still interested in living on campus, please join the waitlist through the Housing Portal. Contracts will be offered if spaces become available.

Architecture Sustainability (First-Year Students)

To help aspiring architects learn how to compose and analyze space and understand how and why the process of space creation changed according to time and materials. The Architecture LLC offers an active approach to spatial compositions through theoretical analysis and three-dimensional applications, enhancing the architectonic background of aspiring architects from the very beginning.

This LLC Is for You If…

  • You’re majoring in Architecture.
  • You would like to engage in creative analytical and space-making activities with people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • You will enjoy participating in activities that are centered on projects that analyze and create both deep and shallow space.
  • You want to get a good foundation for further investigations of issues touching on sustainability, structure, and culture among others.

Eligibility

You must be a New (first-year status) resident majoring in Architecture and enrolled in ARCH 190 (Special Topics in Architecture).
