The drive-up and entrance to Sandburg Hall

University Housing facilities are completely funded by the students residing in the Residence Halls. Residents and staff members of University Housing, LLC classes, student organizations and campus departments may reserve rooms at no charge. However, student organizations and campus departments are subject to charges for special room set-ups as well as audio-visual equipment usage. If a non-University Housing group is reserving a room for an event that benefits all residents of University Housing, the charges may be waived.

If a reserved space is used and rearranged to fit the needs of the event, the furniture must be returned to the standard set up of the room before leaving. If room reconfiguration is not completed, clients may be charged a reconfiguration fee.

University Housing reserves the right to change the rate schedule at any time or make exceptions to the rates as it deems appropriate.
