R/V Neeskay Scheduling Information
To request ship time on the R/V Neeskay, fill out the Submit Neeskay vessel request form. Have all necessary information ready before starting the form. We will not process requests that are missing required details. Download current rates by clicking the Neeskay Rates button or view them below.
Neeskay Rates
Rates are for FY26 (July 2025-June 2026)
For non-profit organizations (NGOs, universities outside of
Universities of Wisconsin and non-State of
Wisconsin governmental agencies): 35% surcharge
For all other organizations: 54% surcharge

Other Notes
- Research cruises are scheduled for a minimum of 4 hours.
- The hourly rate begins when the cruise leaves the dock or at the requested departure time, whichever is earlier.
- Additional time may be added to the cruise if significant time/effort is required of the crew to load or unload scientific equipment and samples.
