Advanced Analysis Facility (AAF)
The Advanced Analysis Facility offers equipment for materials and chemical analysis; surface and elemental analysis, including X-ray diffraction; failure analysis; coatings and thin films; and thermal and corrosion testing.

Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) Testing Facility
The Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) testing facility: Located in the Century City Tower, 4201 N. 27th St., the facility offers a semi-anechoic chamber that measures noise that travels through the air or through the wires of the device under test.

Industrial Training and Assessment Center (ITAC)
The Industrial Training and Assessment Center is supported by the U.S. Department of Energy, helping small and medium-sized manufacturers and wastewater treatment plants minimize their energy costs through efficient use of resources. One of 37 ITACs in the U.S. and the only one in Wisconsin, UWM’s team has provided $19.2 million in recommended cost savings since 2012.

Structural Engineering Lab
The Structural Engineering Lab provides strength, fatigue, and durability testing, including at high temperatures. The lab is equipped to handle large-scale projects such as testing full-scale bridge girders and building columns.
