MKE Startup News, the newsletter of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce, ran a story on the new UWM grant from the National Science Foundation that aims to find an easier path from academic research to commercialization.
The four-year initiative, called TRANSLATE, is being led by Ilya Avdeev, director of the UWM Lubar Entrepreneurship Center and professor, mechanical engineering.
