The American Sign Language and Interpreter Training programs at UWM are presenting Eyeth Day Saturday April 22. The free event will be held in the UWM Union, 2200 E. Kenwood, Ave., and features entertainment and a social. “Deafies in Drag,” will take place in the Wisconsin Room from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. The social, in the Union Rec Center starts at 8:30 pm.
EYEth day, which is a play on the word EARth day, is co-sponsored by the Signing Student Association, the LGBTQ+ Center and the Accessibility Resource Center.
