Demo Station 1: Zebra Technologies, Workcloud Communication Push-to-Talk

Zebra PTT Device

Zebra’s Workcloud Communication PTT solutions provide feature-rich communication functionality that enables greater collaboration, turning your front line’s mobile devices into powerful two-way radios. Empower your employees to collaborate more effectively and provide impeccable customer service.

Demo Station 2: CSI’s SmartVision: Real-time Manufacturing Defect Detection

SmartVision Test Vile

CSI’s 5G use case demostration, SmartVision, allows you to see the future of precise production. This solution aims to detect product flaws on the manufacturing line in real time using cutting-edge computer vision technology. Witness how networked cameras detect abnormalities, how the central computing module rapidly analyzes massive quantities of visual data, and how our simple interface provides quick insights into production quality in this video. SmartVision not only saves waste but also provides decision-makers with detailed reporting capabilities, ushering in a new era of industrial excellence.

Demo Station 3: InDro’s 5G Connected Inventory Cycle Counting Drone

Improve warehouse effectiveness and efficiency in supply-chain and distribution facilities and high volume manufacturing with this InDro drone. The demo video will show three stages: Autonomous Inventory data capturing, real time processing utilizing 5G connectivity, and Data analysis and sending that will Integrate with any ERP with real-time data transfer.

Demo Station 4: The Guardhat Industrial Internet of People (IIoP)

Guardhat Guardhat delivers frontline worker connectivity and safety made for people, the data they produce and consume, and the privacy they demand. The Guardhat Communicator, 5G Mobile apps and connected gas detector sensor explores use cases such as lone worker, remote expert, controlled access zoning for mine safety, and gas detection & analytics.

Demo Station 5: 5G Connected Atlas Copco Assembly Tools

Atlas Copco ToolsThe Tensor IxB tool family by Atlas Copco is ready to be integrated directly into your production system. The tools are fully managed by the integrated controller, without the need for any intermediate controller box. This reduces the hardware footprint on the line and enables a transformation toward a new, smart, and flexible way of manufacturing.

Demo Station 6: Connecting CSI Advanced Manufacturing Testbed to CSI CPwE network over Private 5G

CSI Diagram of 5G Connection to testbed

This project explores the benefits and challenges of using private 5G networks for connected manufacturing. It connects the CSI Advanced Manufacturing Testbed, which simulates an Industry 4.0 environment, to the CSI Converged Plantwide Ethernet (CPwE) network, which provides reliable and secure data communication. The connection is made through the Ericsson Private 5G system, which offers high performance and low latency wireless connectivity. The project aims to test the technical feasibility and compatibility of private 5G networks for industrial applications.
