The purpose of the Mosaic Network is to facilitate opportunities for formal and informal networking across employee categories.
Throughout the year, UWM senior leaders organize a series of events and activities aimed at engaging employees in discussions on recruitment, retention, promotion, and campus climate issues. These events are open to all employees and may include networking receptions, meetings with administrators, and brown bag sessions focused on topics such as promotion, research, campus climate, and other areas of interest.
