The Division of Community Empowerment & Institutional Inclusivity’s (CEII) mission is to collaboratively facilitate efforts that advance individual and collective agency, foster a sense of belonging for all members of the campus community, and support them in reaching their full potential. 

We strive to fulfill this mission by fostering a campus environment where people from different backgrounds and perspectives unite to learn, grow, and thrive.

Our team is dedicated to enhancing teaching and learning, fostering opportunities for dialogue and debate, supporting data-informed decision-making, and strengthening internal and external partnerships. We spearhead initiatives that empower individuals to drive cultural change and eliminate barriers to student and employee success. The CEII team plays a pivotal role in outreach, recruitment, retention, and student success through coordinated efforts within the division and strategic collaborations across campus and with external communities.
