The Mosaic Leadership Academy is designed to create community and leverage campus resources to foster the knowledge, skills, and networks of UWM employees. The overall goal of this academy is to support the promotion and retention of UWM employees by identifying pathways to administrative and academic leadership positions.

Interested candidates undergo an application and review process. Given the limited number of slots, the application process is competitive. Academy fellows are paired with a campus leader who serves as their mentor. The leadership development program consists of a series of workshops, peer networking, mentor-led coaching and shadowing. In addition, the academy connects participants with campus-level professional development opportunities aligned with individual interests. Applications are solicited in the spring semester.
