We provide programming and resources to strengthen leadership and support professional growth across the UWM community. Workshops and customized trainings are available for academic and administrative units, along with formal and informal mentoring for career advancement. Additionally, employees have ongoing opportunities to enhance their skills and broaden their professional networks.
